shipping address modification (URGENT!!!)

Hi! I noticed that my shipping address was changed automatically to a wrong address (the system added an ‘E’ before the street nr so it goes to a completely different place!)

my order didn’t ship yet so i think it should be able to change, but by email the customer service assistant says it’s not possible!

can someone please help me? Thank you!!!
