sephora temp credit card

if the temporary credit card doesn’t arrive in 10 days, when should it arrive? am i able to still use it online if i haven’t gotten my physical one?

In most cases, the temporary card would be attached to your account automatically and the physical card would arrive in the mail within 10 days. If you don't see the temporary card on your account, you would need to wait for the physical card to arrive. 

If it's been more than 10 days and you still haven't received your physical card, please contact Comenity Bank so they can look into this for you.
