sephora refusing to issue refund, same day delivery DoorDash stole my order, black picture as proof of delivery!!!

I placed a same-day delivery on the 23rd for same day delivery on Xmas eve, I ordered a very expensive Killiam perfume which Doordash said was delivered after 7 pm, the proof they uploaded was a completely black picture, no item no scene nothing just black, yet Sephora refuses to refund????  I spent well over $300 for this item partial payment with a gift card and debit card and now Sephora is washing their hands because I've had refunds before?? The only refunds I have ever done are in-store, I spend a lot of money with Sephora and this is just unjust and horrific customer service. 

Not only was I out a costly gift, but now I am out of money as well.

How is this allowed????

They simply said no because i had other refunds, last answer no one will help. this is disgusting,
