Hi there .... I understand your 30 return policy however , I am inquiring on why your company does not back up your own line. 

 

Sephora has denied me 2 x for attempting to exchange an eyeshadow stick ( the non waterproof one) that was falling out of the

 

packaging. If you tipped it upside

 

down , the product ( the whole stick )  would fall out. The answer was "no" due to it being outside the 30 day window. The other

 

time was 

 

a Sephora liquid eyeliner and the circle top came off ( it is imperative to stay intact due to  the amount of liquid it will allow out of

 

the eyeliner. If these are damaged Sephora Collection products and the packaging is not cooperating, why can your company

 

stand behind that? I just wanted to "exchange" for a working product... Thank you
