I just wanted to say what great service I had at the sephora oxford valley mall in pa. I went in the store today with my children who were very much acting up and not behaving. I would have expected to have gotten looks from the service team because they created a mess while I was paying. To my surprise they were nothing but polite and courteous. Thank you for being so kind.
