sephora is really getting on my nerves!

Few weeks ago, my account has $20 credit card rewards expiring on november and december and I almost used them because I'm going to travel soon I don't want them to expire. But I waited out for more products to release so I get more choices. Yesterday I wanted to use them and found out I have $10 gone! So I called sephora credit card customer service and they said I never have $20 in my account expiring on November and December. I am so mad at myself that I should never trust sephora system and I should have taken a picture of my account rewards. With only $10 now, I asked my husband to go to the sephora store to help me buy a $29 product, using the $10 reward and using my store credit for the remaining amount but the store staff said I have to use sephora credit card to use my rewards. IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE! The rewards are already $10 as a coupon and I have store credit as another payment form. WHY SO DIFFICULT TO USE SEPHORA'S BENEFITS? The system sucks! The store staff not trained. Been so many years of rouge memeber, really disappointed!!!!!!!

I'm sorry about this! Although we don't have insight into credit card rewards balances, I recommend contacting Comenity Bank directly so they can look into this further for you. Please call:

Thanks for replying. I did call and it was not helpful. And I just tried to use my $10 credit rewards online and they are all gone suddenly. Very funny system. Just don't give us credit rewards then if the system is taking it back when they are expiring at all. Never going to buy at sephora again also the  ridiculous credit card.
