sephora comenity visa card

I recently got approved for a sephora comenity visa and I was able to use it. My problem is....I've been trying to make a payment using the sephora comenity site (i've used different devices and tried google, safari and Microsoft edge) but it doesn't let me continue with payment . i tried comenity easy pay but it says account not found. please help! I don't want penalties and late charges and don't want my credit score to be affected just because your site doesn't let me pay. thanks!
