sent the wrong item

So I bought the dyson airwrap during the VIB sale and I was sent the wrong one and the one I originally bought is now sold out... How am I supposed to exchange it without loosing the sale price?? I tried calling costumer service but the lady told me that the only thing I can do is return it and did have an answer for me as to how i’m supposed to re buy it with the sale price, this was a mistake from the company so I better not be loosing that sale price because this thing is not cheap.
