Good morning, I am unable to redeem my scent certificate online and I have tried all of the tips I have found on the sephora help page. Can anyone help me please?

I saw you were helping a few other folks get their scent certificates to be redeemable online. I'm also having the issue with the error code when I enter it into the promo box. Could you help me too please?
