I am attempting to redeem the scent certificate I received from a sample kit. Are there instructions on the website? It seems like a reoccurring issue.

I did find a promotions box when I went to the Sephora not Kohl's checkout but now it says my certificate is not valid.

@niff03051, if your scent certificate states it can only be redeemed on Kohls.com or in a Kohls store, please contact the Kohl's customer support team so they can help: https://cs.kohls.com/

If your scent certificate states it can be redeemed online, then you would just need add the fragrance to your basket, and enter the promo code in the "Promotions" section at checkout.  If you need any further assistance, please let us know!

When I go to checkout there is no promotions box, just kohl's apply coupons or kohl's cash
