samples

Anyone else missing samples? This is like my 5th order where some are missing. I understand they run out of some but shouldn't they at least replace it with something else close to that product? I was so looking forward to trying the Bite Beauty Pearl multi stick. This usually happens when it is something I really want to try.

hell yes-was so upset that i got no stinking sample NOT ONE-????????

@buttercuph I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive samples. I see that you have now been assisted with this and I will forward this feedback to our distribution center.

Yes I was helped and I don’t want to be a downer but seriously I do all my shopping online because of the samples and to not get them is a real bummer-I Live Sephora and shop no where else❤️

I always get mine,but this time I did not and I’m bummed out,disappointed kind of. I paid extra to get them and then I didn’t. I did call Sephora and the rep gave me points for this,but anyway. I was hoping she’d say: “we will ship them to you”,but she said they don’t mail them separately. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again. It’s annoying.

I'm sorry that you did not receive your samples and I'm glad to hear that you were able to contact a Beauty Advisor for assistance. Ya I have this problem too. It’s a bummer to not ever get what you picked out but so much worse not to receive any. It’s weird though, this has been going on for the last year with me atleast my last ten orders, but for years I always got what I picked out. I’m not sure what’s going on.
