Hi beauties!! Is it just me or am I the only one not receiving samples with my orders? So frustrating!!

You are not the only one not receiving samples.

I emailed and they sent an automatic response back “Due to the limited nature of free samples, and regional availability at our distribution centers, we regret that we are unable to reship free samples if they arrive damaged, if you receive free samples that are different than the samples you chose during your order, or if one or more free samples is missing from your order. While we are unable to guarantee that the free samples you requested are included in your order, we will always do everything possible to ensure that the free samples requested are included with your order.” Along with another 2 paragraphs. Very frustrated.

I would have been fine with random samples. That’s how I learn what I like. Thanks so much for your response !!
