why have us choose which free samples we want if you never send the items we pick and yu fail to contact us to let us know those aren't available and maybe switch and choose a different sample you just send whatever you want to...I am not happy with that at all

That's so funny I see this Today. just received my recent order from Sephora and I'm looking at the samples they sent and I'm a little confused cuz I'm like I did not pick these but just like you said the ones you pick they never said LOL!!!

ikr sometimes i really want to test what i pick...i may actually be thinking about buying but they always mess it up is so frustrating!!
