samples and beauty offers

It is very frustrating to me when I order online and recieved an email after several hours of order placement that the items I selected as a beauty offer is not available and that a part of my order has been cancelled. I sent a message to the customer service agent who had been assisting me a previous issue to cancel my entire order but haven't heard back yet and now my order is shipped. That's it No offer of replacement No solution just the cancellation email. My past issue has been resolved to my satisfaction so I thought to resume shopping at Sephora and to my utmost disappointment Sephora has failed again. I don't know if all this frustration is worth my loyalty to the brand.....
