rude customer service

I bought a lip stick online but I found out that the color isn’t same as what I saw in the picture when I tried it in store. So , I called Sephora three time and try to cancel my order (and I used $50-$20 code for vib 2017reward) that was not yet shipped. On Sunday, the guy who answered my phone told me that he canceled my order and I will get refunded and able to use the promo code again to make another purchase. BUT, I received an email that was saying my order is shipped on Monday afternoon so I called sephora again...the lady said she put a note on my account and asked me to call sephora again when my package arrives ontrac facility and they will take care of my order. So I called sephora again when I finally saw it arrive the facility and asked what’s the next step. And then she told me that my order cannot be canceled because it has been shipped and sephora did send me an email about it. I explained to her I checked my email everyday and for sure that I didn’t see any email from sephora regarding to this order. THEN, she started being impatient and said I should check the spam in a rude tone. I felt so angry so I just hung up the phone!! Extremely horrible customer service!! Since the promo code is going to expire tomorrow, there’s no way that I can use my 2017reward. Feel sad.
