rouge shipping?

I placed an order on December 22. but it won't be delivered until January 2. can anyone confirm the shipping policy for rouge status? TIA!

@lilbitkat rouge members in the USA and Canada do get flash shipping. hazmat items such as alcohol based products like perfume and aerosol cans are required by law to ship ground and therefore are not eligible for express shipping. If you ordered anything like that then that’s why - if not then you’ve posted in the right place but you may want to also give customer service a call once the holiday is over!
