mark your expiration date THE DAY BEFORE not the DAY OF AT MIDNIGHT 

lost a $100/ 2500 point to fine print and bad customer service

my code didn't populate in the cart and they wouldn't reinstate the reward

got a text book answer because they want you to lose your points and get the numbers off their books

I can shop elsewhere between the samples getting smaller and harder to get with higher spending amounts and bad customer service...
