why can't I claim rewards without a purchase? I've earned my points. I can NEVER get any of the 750 + options, because they never have any available. There needs to be more options and more in stock of the 750+! I have also paid $10 for s/h for the year. I should be able to use that benefit for my rewards.

Hi @anonymity23 At this time, we aren't able to send the 100, 250 and 500 point perks outside a merchandise order. If you are near one of our stores, you can redeem your points without purchase. We do update the 750+ rewards on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-5pm PT, so keep an eye out!
