rewards help

I made an in person purchase and my rewards were not added. I still have the receipt- is there any way to manually add the purchase so my points will be on my account?

@mrussell0000 It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your settings on a browser, not the app. Please send me a private message with a clear photo of your receipt or you may contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat for assistance.

Hi @DaneeBT I added a 1500 pt Caudalie reward to my cart that showed available on main rewards page but was sold out in my cart at 9. I deleted it from my cart but now am 1000 pts short in my rewards account.

 

As I side note I repeatedly refreshed the rewards pg hoping to get a Westman award but they all loaded as sold out. Then changed so om main page showed you could add to basket but if you clicked on reward showed it was sold out. How do so many rewards immediately sell out  is it better not to use the app?

@melanito I'm sorry to hear that! If the reward went out of stock before you were able to remove it, it may have gotten stuck in your cart. You can fix this by switching your region from Canada to the US and back.
