rewards bazaar $100 certificate fulfillment

Hi. I was lucky enough to get 3 orders of the $100 certificate from the rewards bazaar. I received 3 order confirmations, but only 2 emails with the activation code. I checked online and all 3 order look “fulfilled”. Can someone please check on this? Thank you
