returns without receipt

can i return an only used once item if i don't have the receipt?

@darlyndar is correct, the store can try and locate the item within your purchase history 🙂 I recommend reaching out to your local Sephora store for more information.

If you used your BI account, it should have a log of everything you purchased. They can reference that.
