I recently returned items bought with credit in the app but I returned them in store, and was given a store credit which I can't use in the app. If I mail in my returns bought with store credit in the app, will I get store credit in the app again?

Refunds go back to the original payment method. If you paid for items with an in store credit, your funds will go back to a store credit. Also, we cannot process returns for in store purchases through the mail. Please send me a private message if you need further assistance.

Yes, if you originally purchased your items with an online store credit, your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use towards your next purchase. I hope that this clarifies.
