returned and paid

I made a sephora order a few weeks ago, and the status of the order now says “returned and paid” but when I click on tracking info it says “your package is awaiting carrier pickup”. I did not cancel this package and I don’t know why it says “returned and paid”? Does this mean the order is cancelled and refunded? If so, why? How can I get my order?
