return play smarts box

Boyfriend took to store play smarts box to return, which I told was returnnable, store said no.  Am leaving for vacation and don't have time to ship.

I am sorry to hear this! You are able to return or exchange the PLAY! SMARTS box but not a PLAY! subscription box.
