refund please!

Hi, can you please look into order XXXXXXXXXXX. This is the second re-shipment of my order placed in Sep. 1 item is still missing in this order which is the Saint & Sinner palette. Can you please just refund to me, I don't want to wait for other re-ship again. I am so disappointed .......
