I’m trying to redeem my perfume voucher online but i’m not sure how to. I tried calling customer service and i got hung up on. sos!!

I believe the code will be at the bottom left corner of the voucher and it usually begins with: U-

I am trying to put barcode which is started from U- and I changed the letter between I and 1 But it wouldn't work.

A common issue is that the number 1 looks like the letter I. If switching that does not work, please send me a private message with with your registered email address, the name of the Sephora Favorites set, and a clear photo of the voucher showing the code so I can look into this for you. Thanks!

A common issue is that the number 1 in the code can look like a capital letter I. If you previously entered the letter I and the code did not work, please try entering the number 1 instead. If the code still does not work afterwards please let us know. Thank you!

What do I do if I lost the card that had the code to redeem my cologne online? Unfortunately I lost mine but I still have all of the cologne’s in the box for me to redeem one.
