redeem scent certificate online

 I’m having trouble redeeming my sephora scent card that I purchased in October! can anyone help??

I'm sorry for the trouble! You should be able to enter the promo code on the bottom left of the voucher. I believe it usually begins with: U-

Sometimes the number 1 can be mistaken for a capital letter 'i' in the code. If you previously entered the letter i but the code did not work, please switch it out for the number 1 instead. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up!

Hi, where exactly are you suppose to enter the code to redeem the product? I saw someone say that you have to add the actual product to your cart then enter the code at the bottom of the card. If someone sould help me put with this i would really appreciate it!! 🙂 -Tesh7
