redeem mascara sampler

I am trying to redeem my mascara sampler code. I tried to use the barcode numbers on the back but it’s not working. Please help! Also are the waterproof versions of any of them available? My fave is oily and I love the benefit bang mascara after trying all the samples but I want the waterproof one. Is that possible?
