"VALENTINE" Promo Code w/ Sampler Set Not Showing Up in Order

Hi, I put in an order several minutes ago and used the "VALENTINE" promo code for the advertised fragrance sample set, "Romantic and Not Sorry." I know I definitely selected it, but all that shows up in my account after I've made the purchase are the ordered items and the samples. How can I get the sampler set to come with my order by its expected delivery date?

Contacted customer support, and Dave sent in a promo request for me. Will be waiting for a response the next 5 days.
