"Online only" rewards bazaar items inaccesible?

Is there a reason that I can't select "online only" rewards bazaar items to add to my cart, even though I have the points/ other items in my bag/ and am on the website? I want to add the CT magic serum and NARS primer, but when I click "add," I'm just rerouted to a page for the full sized item and given the option to add to cart for full price. I don't see any message about the product being out of stock or any other reason/ even an error notification about not being able to add it. Help please?! (:

@ceciliahahahah I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Can you try switching your region from the US to Canada and back? If you are on our app, you can switch by going to your profile and selecting app settings. If you are on a mobile or desktop browser, you can switch at the bottom of the home page.
