"Looks like you are trying to access" pup up window

Every time I am opening the Sephora website on my Macbook I get a pop-up window that says "Looks like you are trying to access Sephora.com (USA and Canada) from another country. This site does not ship to your country. View Sephora International websites. Continue to Sephora.com". 

I am in Canada, so I do not know why I keep getting this message. I did visit Europe a few weeks ago, but I was accessing local Sephora sites while there. "Canada English" is checked at the bottom of the screen in Region and Language, as well as  my local store is selected on the top of the page under Stores&Services. Does anyone know how to adjust any settings if I have to? My MacBook is set to Canada/English in the General settings.
