i spent 80$ and on the order i applied the promotion that you get 500 point for spending at least 75$ but even though i bought it, i am not getting the points. does it take a while to get the points or did i do it wrong? someone please help because i only spent that much to get the points and i want to cancel it if it didn’t work

i was supposed to get perfume samples in my order and i was so excited to give one to my mom because it was her favourite scent but they didn’t come in my package 😭 im just wondering why does it always so there will be samples but then there’s not?
