promo code

I have a coupon for 15% off the glow recipe watermelon glow dew drops. i added that to my cart and typed in code and it took the 15% off. then i realized i was not logged onto my account so i signed in. after that, it took my promo code away so i re entered it, now it is saying it’s already been redeemed when i never checked out. what can i do?
