promo code from cancelled order

so i'm attempting to cancel an order - i called into customer service and they've said they put the paperwork through to try and catch it - but on it i used the metime promo. as that order is still active i obviously can't use the promo right now, but if this successfully gets cancelled will i have access to that promo code again? i'm hoping to do another order soon, but if i won't be able to use the promo regardless of if the original order gets cancelled than i may not wait around for the official word it's not coming before i do.
