products missing

order number 9030944671 missing a lipstories lipstick color 23 after hours matte order number 9012092296 Dr jart cream came unsealed and i was missing the 3 samples. looks like Sephora distribution center really dislikes me I have never once recieved my order properly and i wonder why exactly I keep doing this. could someone please help me I just want the correct full order once is it too much to ask for??
