pro artist makeup chart

i finally got to grab up a proartist makrup chart, got a huge package in the mail, obly to have an envelope inside, bext step is to call the number and give them my code. so i called gave the lady my info and she says that she cant find my code in the system! im pretty upset because this reward is 1000 of my points. i hope thet figure it out in 1-2 days like she said b.c there is a dead line on the face chart application process. sephora, whats happening to you?!?! no customer service.
