price increase

Recently I have noticed that the price for my items have increased drastically on the app, but noticed my moms have stayed the same. For example, my summer fridays lip balm reads 32.50 when it originally sells for 24.00. I’ve contacted customer service, signed out the app, deleted the app twice and restarted my phone, but it’s still happening. Is there any solution to this?

@jazzmere It sounds like you're shopping on our Canadian app instead of our US app. After logging into your account, please select your name at the bottom, scroll down to App Settings, then select US to ensure you are seeing all prices in US dollars!
