price adjustments

hey all! I ordered the Becca lip gloss and highlight combo on Tuesday for $34 online then today I see it is on sale online for $19. Will Sephora do a price adjustment? I have to applaud Sephora because I have ordered three times in the last three weeks and everything has been shipped within 24hrs! Thanks for your help!

@cyclefox76, that happened to me last week and I called CS and they said they ONLY do price adjustment within 5 days of purchase. I ended up returning a few things and didn’t bother to re-purchased because I think makes no sense to not price adjust and it was only a little over 5 days since I purchased it and I didn’t even open the package yet. I got a full refund though.

they actually DO price adjust, if you call them and politely ask. i think it's a waste of product to just return something, and then buy the item again. this is because sephora does not resell "returned items", so technically you would get a whole new product and the old one would be destroyed, just bc of the price adjustment issue. if your rep is stingy and doesnt wanna adjust the price, just hang up, and call back -most likely the next specialist will do it. they will tell you "it's a one time thing, and they wont do this again". but if you only call for a price adjustment once in a blue moon, i dont think they mind.

I don't see why not since you're still well within the return policy. I bought the too faced boss lady agenda last month and when it went on sale this month went into the store and got a price adjustment. Since it's online though maybe they can do it without you going to a store?

I called customer service and spoke to a super nice advisor.  She didn't make me go into the store, she said she could do a one-time over the phone adjustment!  It was almost a $15 difference so I really appreciated it.  If it is just a few dollars it doesn't bother me but $15 would almost cover two new lipstories LOLOL
