postal code (for billing address) is "invalid"

Hi, I have everything entered to check out (address, card, etc), but I cannot enter my billing address (as it is separate from the delivery address). I enter it and it says invalid but doesn't allow me to select the province or city at all. Any other postal code I have tried seems to work except for mine.
