poor customer service In stores

I was on vacation on the weekend and went in to the same Sephora two days in a row. I was never spoken to by a staff member once until i checked out. I wandered the store for about a half hour both times. I wanted to get samples of a few foundations I want to try.. but that didn't happen. staff members avoid you like the plague. they stand around talking to each other. I ended up going to Nordstrom instead.
