can you only redeem points "samples" online? 

also, I've noticed that while in store, ppl in front of me often receive samples when they are paying. i have never received samples, do i need to ask for them??

Hi @Anonymous,

Deluxe samples may be redeemed for points both online and in-store. Available rewards will be displayed at the registers and you can simply let a Cast Member know that you would like to redeem a reward at checkout.

Additionally, you are always welcome to ask a Cast Member if samples are available while checking out. I hope this information helps!
