@concreteroads is correct! Your points only expire if your account is completely inactive for 18 months. If you make a purchase, redeem points or your birthday gift once every 18 months, your points will continue to roll over! 🙂

No, your reward points will stay with your account unless you have zero activity for 18 months, after which they expire.  

Only your money spent total (which determines whether you qualify for VIB or Rouge each year) resets with the new year.
