points/next card level

If I redeem my points I've earned will it take away from me earning the next card level? & does anyone else have the problem where the amount you need to earn the next card doesn't seem to change even through you have made purchases?

The amount of points that you earn do not count towards your Beauty Insider status. This is based on your year to date spend. I will send you a PM so that I can assist you further with your BI status.
