Will Sephora consider ever making the play passes available to redeem online? I basically do all my shopping online because there is not a Sephora near me

This is such a good point- we should be able to redeem online. I noticed the last two months my Play! Pass bonus points have not worked at my Sephora, it is in a JC Penny. They tell me to call to get them added.

This is ridiculous - I am purchasing product and they have worked great until the last two months. 

Anyone else having problems with the points?

I wasn't able to redeem mine at JCP either. They basically said oh well too bad. No mention of getting it added on. Maybe if we could use online even at 25 points instead?

What is a play pass!?

Play passes are part of Sephora's Play! Subsciption Box. Each box has 5 deluxe/travel size samples, plus one exclusive sample, and the Play! Pass. The Play! Pass is 50 points redeemable only In-Store and sometimes you can use the Play! Pass for a mini tutorial from Sephora Cast Members depending on the product. So for example two boxes ago there was a Marc Jacob's mascara and with the Play! Pass you can go in store and have their associates show you a layering technique with the mascara.
