pin # scratched off cant read

i need help please, i have a gift card, i have the first 2 and last 2 of the pin#, its over scratched.

I'm sorry to hear this! The 8-digit pin is required to redeem the gift card online, but you may still be able to redeem it in store. I recommend inquiring with your local Sephora store directly. Thank you!

Beware!… this happened to me . Went into store so they could help and they told me it was used and to call customer service! I had just received 2 gift cards for birthday! 
apparently it’s a scam..and they are aware of this ( read thru the comments and complaints) and Sephora will do NOTHING about…they could tell on their end who used it and what day but because of privacy laws would not tell me?!!! Or honor the fact that it was it was fraudulent on their end

will respect the scammer and their privacy rights but NOT the LOYAL customer that spend LOTS$$$ and many years of it!!!!

VERY MUCH upset with Sephora and how they handled this.. WILL NEVER BUY A gift card from Sephora AGAIN!!
