I purchased an item about a month ago and I wanted to return it and after reading the return policy I realized I can get store credit. I don’t have the receipt but I do have a card statement and I also used my phone number when I made the purchase but I don’t have access to the online receipt because I don’t know the email linked with my number. I am sure I used my account with my phone because I received my birthday month gift. Can I get help with connecting to the right account?
