perfume was demage during the package.

I ordered a Tom Ford  perfume last week , and when I opened the package, the bottle  cap was broken, the whole room instantly smell like that perfume, then saw inside the package  got wet from the bottle and saw a crack on the neck of the bottle. I  chatted with Sephora  right away , I even upload the photos of the damage for them to see , but they didn't seem to care about the photos. I was told to pack tis whole mess back to Sephora, once they return  department receive  my return, they should send me the refund, when I asked them if they can send them the photo of the damage as proof, they told me they have no control if the return department decide to refund me or not. So I packed the whole mess  with a big note inside to warn them the broken glass  
I got a very bad cut on my finger. I never receive  great help from them anyway.  but the fact they knew the bottle is broken with the photos show broken glasses everywhere inn the package , just cleaning alone will take forever and now telling me to pack the mess back  with  a high chance I may get injured from the glasses  and I did in this case.

there were some small  pieces glasses I just cannot  ship them , especially I just got cut , I just not going to pack everything back into the box I only send the large part of the bottle pieces  back only .
