pending authorization for 2 orders that were canceled

Hello,

I had placed 2 orders with sephora.

Both of these got canceled by you people. Yet I have not been refunded the money. i did call customer services and they did confirm that these orders were canceled by you because apparently the items were not in stock or the site was not updated. Both of these reasons are not satisfactory because you are a big company and should have enough IT support to not have this happen.

But anyways I paid via paypal and I still haven't received my money back for either order even though customer services told me it would take about 10 days for refund. It has been more than 10 days now for both of them.

I have reached out to paypal and they have said that your Paypal manager needs to cancel the order. Kindly ask your Paypal manager to refund the money as this is very terrible customer service.
