palette arrived used 😑

I had ordered the too faced Just peachy matte palette during the Labour day sale and it arrived with definite marks like someone has swatched it. It also came without the protected plastic sheet that comes inside palettes. Not only is the palette sold out near me but the price has also gone back to regular price. Can someone help me with this? I have attached pictures that hopefully show it. It's not too bad but my concern is how sanitary it is!?
