palette arrived broken :'(

Hello,

 

I just received my ABH Norvina Vol 2 mini palette and one of the colours was broken and spilled into the other pans tainting them all orange. It was for a present for my friend and I would feel awful giving her a broken palette. Is there a way I can get a replacement?
